Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and, when you use Google sign-in, the basic profile information Google makes available, such as your name and profile image.
• Reading information: names, birth dates, birth details, saved charts, saved readings, calculated cards, and interpretation requests you choose to provide or save.
• Purchase information: your customer identifier, plan, subscription status, and transaction status. Stripe processes payment-card information; Destiny Cards AI does not store your full card number.
• Community and support information: display names, posts, comments, reactions, reports, and information you submit to Customer Care.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, request, performance, and usage information collected through hosting logs, security tools, and site analytics.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate members, calculate and display readings, save requested content, provide purchases and subscriptions, generate requested AI interpretations, operate and moderate the community, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, understand site performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional Google sign-in, Stripe for payments and billing, Vercel for hosting and analytics, AI model providers through Vercel AI Gateway for requested interpretations, and Resend for support email delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Community posts, comments, and display names are visible to other community members. Do not post private birth details, contact information, or other sensitive information in community areas.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

AI interpretations

When you request an AI interpretation, the verified card and timeframe information needed for that request may be sent to an AI service provider. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. Generated interpretations may be stored in your private account until you delete them or request account assistance.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and service information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for the purposes above. You can delete individual saved charts, community content, and AI interpretations where those controls are provided. Billing and security records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or law. Contact Customer Care to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information.

Cookies and security

Authentication and essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account sessions. Analytics may use similar technologies to understand site use. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep sign-in links private and sign out on shared devices.

Children

Destiny Cards AI is not directed to children under 13. Purchases must be made by an adult or with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
