These Terms govern your use of Destiny Cards AI. By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You must be legally able to make a purchase or have an authorized adult make it for you.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for using an accurate email address, protecting your Google account and one-time sign-in links, and keeping account access private. Do not share a membership or impersonate another person. Notify Customer Care if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Nature of the service

Destiny Cards AI provides cardology calculations, educational material, reflective guidance, compatibility content, reports, community features, and optional AI-generated interpretations. This content is intended for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and does not predict or guarantee events, outcomes, or relationship success.

Calculations and AI content

We work to keep deterministic card calculations separate from interpretive content. You are responsible for checking the birth information and dates you enter. AI-generated material may be incomplete, mistaken, or differently worded across requests. Use your own judgment and seek a qualified professional for decisions with serious personal, health, legal, or financial consequences.

Purchases, memberships, and cancellation

Prices and included features are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Recurring memberships renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You may manage or cancel a membership from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. One-time purchases provide the access described at checkout. Taxes, refunds, credits, and billing disputes are handled according to checkout disclosures, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request. Community content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Destiny Cards AI a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate the community. Follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict participation for harassment, privacy violations, unlawful material, spam, abuse, or conduct that threatens members or the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, automate abusive requests, interfere with other users, copy or resell protected site content, use the service for unlawful activity, or upload material you lack the right to use. Do not use readings or AI content to manipulate, threaten, diagnose, or make high-stakes decisions for another person.

Ownership

The site design, original text, software, card artwork, branding, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to Destiny Cards AI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and account action

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, nonpayment, or serious violations of these Terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Destiny Cards AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of reflective or AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact
